ECFMG's EPIC portal temporarily unavailable
The EPIC Portal managed by ECFMG will be temporarily unavailable for scheduled database maintenance purposes from Saturday, 21 June 2025 at 9am (AEST) to an estimated time on Monday, 23 June 2025 at 8am (AEST).
This outage will prevent candidates from completing an AMC portfolio initial application or adding further medical credential(s)/qualification(s) to their AMC accounts.
Verification updates will also not be able to be updated on AMC candidate accounts, MBA/Ahpra portal or specialist college portal during this outage.

AMC Internal and External Systems, including AMC Accounts Temporarily Unavailable
The AMC internal and external systems will be temporarily unavailable for scheduled database maintenance from Sunday, 22nd June 2025, at 4pm (AEST) to Monday, 23rd June 2025, at 10am (AEST).
This outage will prevent applicants from submitting an AMC portfolio initial application, adding further medical qualification(s), or making examination payments.
If you are already signed into your AMC account at the time of the outage, there is a risk that any payment made will not be successful.
Authorised users at the Medical Board of Australia and specialist medical colleges, also candidates may experience issues with the AMC external portal and AMC candidate accounts during this time, please be patient whilst the maintenance is completed.
Verification status updates will also not be able to be updated on AMC accounts, MBA/Ahpra or Specialist College portals (AMC external portal) during this outage.
If the maintenance work is completed sooner than estimated, this notice will be removed accordingly.
